Our Promise: The Best Way To Make That Part

A storied history of constant innovation and a focus on machining freedom and versatility has made Hurco into what it is today.

Daring advancements
from the start.

In 1968, Gerald Roch (the inventor) and Edward Humston (the businessman) founded Hurco. The two shared a passion for building products and companies that last.
Mr. Roch was one of the first to recognize the transformative powers of computers in manufacturing. His belief was crucial not only to Hurco’s technological advancement at the time, but to our present-day philosophy of finding the best ways to manufacture precision parts.
Every day we come to work, we remember the mission: making sure machine shops have exactly what they need to produce impeccable parts, build legacies and grow the business exactly how they want to.
Mr. Roch - Hurco History

The reasons to believe are numerous, but it starts here: we’re machinists, too.

Reasons to Believe Image

We know the sights, sounds and smells of the machine shop. We know the day-making triumphs and the day-wrecking frustrations. And because we are firmly in your shoes, we understand what you need from your machine tool partners—and what you don’t.

Total Versatility

It starts with the Hurco control. Go the G-code route for the high-production and complex runs, then swap to Conversational for HMLV jobs, one-offs and prototypes.

Machines That Last

Our range of machining centers and turning centers bring rigid construction and powerful capabilities to the shop floor, at a price point that lets you keep building.

Stellar Support

After the sale is where reputation is earned. We stand by you throughout the life of your Hurco machine, providing training, service, parts and whatever else you need.

A Positive, “Let’s Find a Way” Spirit

Here’s what we believe: with the right people, technology and processes, just about every machining challenge is solvable. We call the mindset MindOverMetal.
