INDIANAPOLIS – Earlier this year, Hurco Companies, Inc. (Nasdaq: HURC) held its annual awards banquet to acknowledge the team of accomplished Hurco CNC machinery distributors and agents throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, and South America.
The winner of the Top Hurco Sales Representative Award was Fred Braun of Braun Machinery, the full-service distributor that represents Hurco in Michigan. The other winners of the Hurco Top 5 Award were Dave Stilley (#2) of Chaparral Machinery (Texas), Tom Drazkowski (#3) of Stone Machinery (Minnesota), Jim Braun (#4) of Braun Machinery (Michigan), and Vince Ferrara (#5) of Dynamic International (Wisconsin).
The distributorships were also recognized for their achievements in representing Hurco. The Top Net Revenue Award Distributors from first to third were Braun Machinery (Michigan), Reynolds Machinery (Ohio), and Brooks Associates (Massachusetts).
Braun Machinery (Michigan) took home the Top Unit Sales Award, while the other winners from second to fifth were Reynolds Machinery (Ohio), Brooks Associates (Massachusetts), Stone Machinery (Minnesota), and Crotts & Saunders (North Carolina).
The winner of the Top Market Share Award was given to Foothill Machinery Sales (Colorado). Braun Machinery (Michigan) and CJ Smith Machinery (Missouri) placed second and third respectively.
Hurco also awarded Crotts & Saunders (North Carolina) the Top Distributor Growth Award.
This year’s “Hurco Champions” (Performance vs. Plan) were Northeast Precision (Pennsylvania), Crotts & Saunders (North Carolina), Dynamic Machine (Wisconsin), Reynolds Machinery (Ohio), and H & S Machine Tools (Louisiana).
