Operational Features of the Control
There are multiple features that both our NC customers and conversational customers find invaluable. True Program Interrupt and Mid-Program Restart are just two examples of control features that make machinists ask, “Why doesn’t every control do this?”
True Program Interrupt works as you would expect—you don’t need to teach the control the path the tool takes to retract and return to the path. Two button presses and the cycle resumes where you left off.
Need to change a broken tool? Mid-Program Restart makes it easy to re-start at the point in the program where the tool broke. Just place the cursor on the line in the program where you want to
re-start, and run the program. The control automatically looks backwards in the program and loads the necessary preparatory functions for you—no need to write additional code or cut air.
Our Graphical Data Search is the best in the industry—on the graphics screen, simply select the feature of the part you need to edit and the corresponding code (NC) or data block (conversational) automatically appears—no need to waste time searching through lines of code to find what you need to edit.

Pay special attention to features denoted as Hurco Exclusive or 5-Star—these ratings were assigned by our Applications Engineers, based on their industry/machining expertise and customer input.
