    Our thread cycle blocks give you complete control of the cycle so you can create high quality threads efficiently. You control the safe rapid point, the threading strategy—choose constant volume threading or decreasing depth, roughing and finishing depths, the number of finish and spring passes, the type of thread—OD, ID, straight, or taper, plus face threading with the ability to program multiple start lead threads.

Grooving Cycle Blocks
    The multiple grooving cycle blocks included in the control are central to the ease of programming that conversational provides. On all four corners, you can program a chamfer, radius, or square, and quickly choose to taper the groove walls from the on-screen menu. You control the roughing and finishing strategy, and sequence. Strategies include outside, inside, or face grooves.

    We simplify complex operations by including nine hole cycle types, such as decremental peck depth for deep hole peck drilling.
    The control automatically calculates feed and speed data based on tool feed/revolution.
    Automatic drill tip compensation takes the pain out of calculating the tip length manually.

Cutoff Cycle Blocks
    The cutoff cycle blocks include standard pecking and advanced pecking, which allows you to define three different peck levels and assign different speeds and feeds to each.
    You can define the safe rapid point and instruct the parts catcher to advance based on the diameter of the part.

Bar Feed Cycle Blocks
    The Bar Feed Cycle Blocks include a bar pull operation in addition to bar feeding operations. Depending upon the stock, you can feed the bar to a conventional bump stop or gently guide the stock into position. Additionally, you can program gripper type bar pullers, coolant actuated, or collet type bar pullers.

Our co-founder invented Conversational Programming in 1978. Others try to replicate it, but nobody does conversational better than Hurco.

This straightforward, intuitive programming method is powerful due to its simplicity—which makes it easy to learn and easy to use. More importantly, it increases profitability by significantly reducing time spent on setup and programming. Three steps and you’re making chips—setup, program, and verify.

Our DXF Transfer feature lets you quickly import the 2D data from the dxf file, which eliminates errors and lets you program right at the control. While it's not a CAD system, the intuitive programming interface lets you do basic editing of DXF geometries, chain the contours, and select hole operations based on the hole diameter.

The embedded AutoCalc automatically calculates missing data based on the dimensions provided. We also have unlimited work offsets that are so easy to program, you’ll think you’re using a manual machine.
