Fast Accurate Tool Indexes

The 10 (TM8 & TM10) to 12 (TM6) station, hydraulic driven, slotted tool turret is designed to provide fast, accurate tool indexes. The turret slots are designed to accommodate standard 1" square tool holders. The ID boring bar holders are designed for standard 1 1/4" diameter boring tools. Any combination of ID and OD tool holders can be used. The turret uses a cervic coupling for accurate location and clamping. Index times are 0.5 seconds for adjacent tool and 1.5 seconds for the furthest tool.
